ISHIN HOTELS GROUP ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF
"HOTEL SUNROUTE AKASAKA"

Ishin Hotels Group (Michael Nigitsch: President and Chief Executive
Officer) announced the acquisition of "Hotel Sunroute Akasaka" (Akasaka,
Minato-ku Tokyo, Guest rooms: 91) and started operation on Wednesday,
November 30, 2005. Ishin Hotels Group will own and continue to operate
this hotel through a franchise contract with Sunroute Co., Ltd.
"Sunroute Akasaka" is located at the center of Tokyo's
metropolitan area and is only a minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke subway
station. It is close to the Nagatacho and Tameike areas where many
government offices and many major Japanese companies are located.
Features such as high speed internet and PC`s in every guest room,
as well as double-sized beds used in single rooms are just a few of
the qualities that make this hotel feel comfortable for guests on
business and/or pleasure.
Ishin Hotels Group plans enhancements of the guest rooms and facilities
to further expand its success.
Ishin Hotels Group was established as a joint venture between "Soros
Real Estate Investors" and "Westmont Hospitality Group.
The group currently has 15 hotels in its portfolio. It plans to further
acquire, own, and operate hotels nationwide.
