Announces the Acquisition of “Hachioji Plaza Hotel”
Ishin Hotels Group (President and CEO: Michael Nigitsch/ Toranomon, Minato-ku,
Tokyo Japan) announced the acquisition of “Hachioji Plaza Hotel” (Hachioji,
Tokyo, Guest rooms: 195) on February 15, 2006 from Maia, a private limited
company
“Hachioji Plaza Hotel” is conveniently located at the center of Hachioji,
and is only a minute-walk from Keio Hachioji station. Close to the hotel
are several prestigious colleges such as Chuo University and many other
sightseeing locations such as Sanrio Puroland and Tama Zoo. Mainly used
by business people and tourists, guests of various generations stay at
this hotel. Also, many students stay during their entrance exam period
and summer school season.
Green House K.K., the current hotel operator will continue its operations in
accordance with the existing operation management contract between the former
owner and Green House KK. After the term expires, Ishin Hachioji Operations will
begin its operations of the hotel.
Ishin Hotels Group will enhance new products and services to satisfy guests and
attract different markets by offering suitable accommodation plans.
