Q1: Does the hotel accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept the following credit cards:
JCB, VISA, AMEX, Diners, MasterCard

Q2: Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, we have laundry service for a wide range of items, from undergarments to suits and coats. Items brought in by 11am will be ready by evening on the same day.

Q3: Does the hotel have internet access?

Yes, internet (LAN) access is available free of charge.

Q4: Does the hotel have car parking facilities?

Yes, tower parking and ground-level parking are available for a total of approximately 40 vehicles.
Guests staying at the hotel may park their vehicle (regular passenger car) at a charge of \1,000 (incl. consumption tax) per night (from 3pm check-in time to 11am check-out time).
There will be an additional charge of \400 per hour for parking outside of these hours.

Parking operates on a first-come-first-served basis and reservations may not be made.

Should the hotel parking be full, guests will be directed to a nearby parking facility.

Yes, we can make copies for any size up to A3 sheet sizes.

Q7: Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel before arrival?

Luggage is accepted from the morning of your arrival. When sending luggage to the hotel in advance by a parcel delivery service, please specify your arrival date with your name and date(s) of stay clearly marked to the following address.

If you would like a non-smoking room, please specify when booking. Please note that the number of non-smoking rooms is limited.
