Guests staying at the hotel
Please take a parking ticket when you first park your car. When checking in at reception, we will exchange your ticket for a parking pass. Tickets that have been changed to a parking pass enable guests to use the car park whenever they please for the duration of their stay.
<Notice regarding the car park>
When entering and leaving the car park, make sure to always use the Hilton Otaru car park gate (at the gate in the area with the blue pillars). When leaving the car park, place the parking pass into the payment machine, remove it and the gate will then open. Also, when parking your car for the second or more times, without taking a new parking ticket, place your parking pass in the parking pass slot, and take it out when returned.
* If you inadvertently take a new parking ticket, your parking pass will be invalidated. Please go to the reception to have the parking pass reissued.
The fee for the car park is 1,000 yen per night.
Please pay at reception. Also, for guests using restaurants and banquets at Hilton Otaru, parking is free for the first 5 hours. Please hand your parking ticket to the hotel staff when you pay the bill.
Although the Hilton Otaru faces the Otaru Harbor Marina and Ishikari Bay, the hotel cannot be accessed from the ocean side. If you need assistance on your way to Hilton Otaru, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

A :

Although there are no family rooms, for guests traveling with their family, we can arrange a connecting room. A connecting room is two regular twin rooms connected by an internal door, enabling guests to come and go between the two rooms without having to go outside into the hallway, so family members can enjoy their private time together. We also have two types of spacious Japanese-style rooms (1 room of 10 tatami mats and 2 rooms of 6 and 8 tatami mats) available. The number of rooms is limited, so please contact us in advance if you would like one of these rooms.
