From major Train / Subway Stations

• From Kyoto Shiyakushomae Subway Station: Approximately 1 minute on foot
• From JR and Kintetsu Kyoto Station: Approximately 15~20 minutes by car
• From Keihan Sanjo Station: Approximately 5 minutes on foot
• From Hankyu Kawaramachi Station: Approximately 10 minutes on foot
• Most convenient to take subways from JR-Kintetsu Kyoto Station.

Taking the subway from JR-Kintetsu Kyoto Station is the most convenient means of access.

By Car

• Meishin Expressway
  Approximately 20 minutes from Kyoto Minami or Kyoto Higashi exits (time varies depending on traffic)
• From Kyoto Minami Interchange
  After exiting the interchange, drive north on Route 1 towards Horikawa Dori.
  Turn right at Horikawa Oike intersection and again right at Kawaramachi Oike intersection. The hotel is located immediately on your left.
• From Kyoto Higashi Interchange
  After exiting the interchange, stay on the right lane and follow the sign to Sanjo.
  Turn right at Kawabata Sanjo intersection, and then make a left turn at Sanjo Oike intersection.
  Please stay on the left, and turn left at Kawaramachi Oike intersection, and you will find the hotel immediately on your left.

If you have a car navigation system, set the destination to the "Kyoto Royal Hotel & SPA" or "Kyoto Shiyakusho" (Kyoto City Hall).
