Do you have large rooms for families?
  Most of our guest rooms are based on double occupancy (2 people), but can accommodate up to 4 people (with 4 beds) per room.
We also have rooms with Japanese tatami that will accommodate up to 6 people in one room.
Do you accept room requests?
  We are unable to guarantee room numbers, floors (high/low), non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms etc.
(unless specified as a package benefit), however, requests may be made and we will do our best to try and accommodate them.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
  Non-smoking rooms are available; however inventory is limited and may not be guaranteed at this time.
We strongly advise you to inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a waitlist for sold out days on the hotel website?
  If you would like to inquire for room availability on any of the sold out days on the hotel website,
please call the Reservations Department directly at +81-98-866-0832 on weekdays between 9:00am - 5:00pm Japan time (+10GMT)
Is there a fee for bed-sharing children?
  For hotel staying guests, accommodation for bed-sharing children under 5 years of age is free of charge.
Other charges, such as meals may need to be paid additionally depending on your booking conditions.
If you booked your stay with a travel agent, please verify all package conditions with the agent.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
  Standard check-in time is 2:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am.
The Front Desk and Lobby areas are open 24 hours for your service and convenience.
Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel in advance?
  We will store all luggage in “as is condition” until the day of check-in.
However, we will not be liable for any damage or breakage on items sent to the hotel.
Minimum 2 days is required to send items from mainland Japan to Okinawa.

What forms of transportation are offered to get to the hotel from Naha Airport?
  We are located less than 15 minutes from Naha Airport, and any form of public transportation is convenient to get to the hotel.
・By Monorail: Approximately 11 minutes to Asahibashi Station, then 3 minutes on foot.
・Bu Local Bus: Approximately 11 minutes to Naha Bus Terminal, then 3 minutes on foot.
・By Taxi: Approximately 7 minutes
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
  Fees apply when bookings are cancelled due to guests' personal preferences.
One (1) day prior to arrival: 20% of total room charge
On the day of arrival: 80% of total room charge
No Show: 100% of total room charge
※Charges will be waived in the case of flight cancellations due to bad weather (i.e. typhoons etc.)

Is Internet service available at the hotel?
  Wireless internet is 24 hours accessible from the Lobby (1st Floor).
A desktop computer is also available in the Lobby for your convenience.
Cabled high-speed internet is available in the guest rooms; please contact the Front Desk if you need a LAN cable.
All internet services are free of charge.
Are wheelchairs available at the hotel?
  Wheelchairs are available, however inventory is limited and priority will be given to guests highly in need.
Do you accommodate service/guide dog-assisted guests?
  Service/guide dogs are welcome based in line with laws and regulations. Please inquire for more information.
Where is the closest ATM?
  The following ATM locations are within walking distance from the hotel:
・Convenience Store “Lawson”: less than a minute, just across the street
・Higashi-machi Post Office: 2 minutes on foot
・Convenience Store “Family Mart”: 3 minutes on foot
*Citibank, Plus, Star systems, credit card cashing accepted at all locations.
What amenities are provided in the guest rooms?
  Telephone, Hot pot, Japanese Tea Bags, Refrigerator (empty for your convenience), Hairdryer, TV, body soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toothbrush, Shaving Kit, Face Towel, Bath Towel, In-room slippers, Pajamas, “Washlet” style toilet
*Child amenities (baby crib, stroller, bed guard), iron & iron board, trouser press etc. also available upon request. Inventory is limited; please inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are there vending machines for beverages and cigarettes in the hotel?
  Cigarettes: Lobby Level (1F) next to “Petit Coral” Gift Shop
Beverages: 5th, 6th & 8th Floors
Drinks and snacks can also be purchased at “Petit Coral” Gift Shop

Do you provide laundry service?
  All items brought to the Front Desk by 10:00am will be returned and delivered to your room by 7:00pm on the same day.
How long does it take to get to the major sightseeing areas from the hotel?
  ・ Kokusai Dori: 15mins on foot
・ DFS Galleria Okinawa: 10mins by Monorail
・ Shuri Castle: 15mins by car/taxi
・ Okinawa “Ashibinaa” Outlet Mall: 10mins by car/taxi

Are rent-a-cars available at the hotel?
  The following rent-a-car offices are within walking distance from the hotel.
Japan Rent-a-car Naha Office: 4mins on foot (Tel: 098-861-3900)
Nippon Rent-a-car Naha Office: next to the hotel (Tel: 098-868-4554)
Which exit on the Okinawa Expressway is closest to the hotel?
  Please exit at “Naha”, and the hotel is located within 10-15mins (6km) in smooth traffic
What kinds of credit cards are accepted?
  Most major credit cards are accepted.
JCB, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express etc.
Do you have parking facilities at the hotel?
  A toll parking lot is available for 56 cars.
For hotel staying guests, JPY700 per night will be charged to the room, and payment can be made upon check-out.
Are there any convenience stores close by the hotel?
  Convenience Store “Lawson” is just across the street. Exit the hotel main entrance and it is located on the right-hand side.
Is there a public hot spring bath facility at the hotel?
  We do not have a public bath. Every guest room is equipped with a bathtub for your comfort and relaxation.
