QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
AStandard check-in time is 2:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am.
The Front Desk and Lobby areas are open 24 hours for your service and convenience.        
QDo you have parking facilities at the hotel?
AA toll parking lot is available for 200 cars.
For hotel staying guests, parking fees will be charged to your room, and payment can be made upon check-out.

QIs there a fee for bed-sharing children?
AFor hotel staying guests, accommodation for bed-sharing children under 5 years of age is free of charge. Other charges, such as meals may need to be paid additionally depending on your booking conditions. If you booked your stay with a travel agent, please verify all package conditions with the agent.
QIs Internet service available at the hotel?
AFree wireless internet is 24 hours accessible from all guest rooms and the Lobby (1st Floor).
Desktop computers are available (free of charge) at the “i-Lounge” also located on the 1st Floor.
QIs it possible to send luggage to the hotel in advance?
AWe will store all luggage in “as is condition” until the day of check-in. However, we will not be liable for any damage or breakage on all items sent to the Hotel. Minimum 2 days is required to send items from mainland Japan to Okinawa.

QDo you have large rooms for families?
AAll of our guest rooms are based on double occupancy (2 people), but can accommodate up to 4 people (with 4 beds) per room. If you are a party of more than 5 people, we kindly ask you to reserve 2 rooms. Please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to provide you with adjoining rooms.
QAre wheelchairs available at the hotel?
AWheelchairs are available, however inventory is limited and priority will be given to guests highly in need. Service/guide dogs are welcome based in line with laws and regulations. Please inquire for more information.
QWhere is the closest ATM?
AThe closest ATM is located about 500m north of the hotel, inside a convenience store.
A Bank of Okinawa “drive-thru” ATM is also available about 10mins from the hotel, in front of Onna-san Village Office.
QWhat forms of transportation are offered to get to the hotel?
A The most convenient way to get to the hotel from Naha Airport is by the Airport Limousine Bus.
Buses are available just outside of the Domestic & International Arrival Terminals.
It takes approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Naha Airport.
Bus fares are 1, 600Yen per adult and 800Yen per child.

QWhat is the hotel cancellation policy?
AFees apply when bookings are cancelled due to guests’ personal preferences. 
Seven (7) ~ Four (4) days prior to arrival: 20% of total room charge
Three (3) ~ One (1) day prior to arrival: 50% of total room charge
On the day of arrival: 80% of total room charge
No Show 100% of total room charge
※Charges will be waived in the case of flight cancellations due to bad weather (i.e. typhoons etc.)

Other conditions may apply depending on your package details.

QAre reservations required for Marine Sports activities?
AReservations may be taken on the day of your request, however will be strictly based on availability. We strongly recommend you to make reservations, especially during the summer season. Reservations are accepted at the Beach Play Counter from 1 month before your requested date.

QDo you accept room requests?
AWe are unable to guarantee room numbers, floors (high/low), non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms etc., however, requests may be made and we will do our best to try and accommodate them. Please feel free to contact the Reservations Department at yoyaku.sunmarina.hotel@ishinhotels.com with the following information.

QDo you have non-smoking rooms?
ANon-smoking rooms are available, however inventory is limited and may not be guaranteed at this time. We strongly advise you to inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
QWhat kinds of credit cards are accepted?
AMost major credit cards are accepted.
JCB, VISA, Diners Club, American Express etc.
QWhat amenities are provided in the guest rooms?
