Q1:What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
Front Desk is open 24 hours a day
Q2: Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we have a parking facility to accommodate 200 vehicles at 1000 JPY per day
Q3: Do you charge for small children?
We do not charge children younger than 5 years old that share existing bedding
Q4: Do you offer internet access?
Please use your mobile phones or PHS cards or dial-up the closest access points of your internet providers. Please ask for line changers at the Front Desk.
We also provide internet accessible PCs in the lobby for our in-house guests
Q5: Can I send my luggage to the hotel before arrival?
Yes. Please send your luggage to the hotel address, specifying your name and check-in dates to the address below.

Q6: Do you have a family room?
We only have twin, double and suite rooms, but we can put extra beds in the room to accommodate up to 4 persons in a room. For those traveling in a group of 5 or more, please reserve 2 rooms.
Q7: Can I borrow wheel chairs or bring assistance dogs?
The hotel has one wheelchair.
Assistance dogs are welcomed. Please inquire for details.
Q8: : Are there any ATMs near the hotel?
There is an ATM in a convenience store about 500 meters away from the hotel.
Also, there is a drive-in ATM in front of the city hall, about 10 minutes drive from the hotel.
Q9: : Do you offer shuttle bus services?
Unfortunately no hotels in West Coast Okinawa offers shuttle bus services.

Q10: What is the closest interchange to the hotel?
Ishikawa Interchange on Okinawa Expressway is the closet interchange. It is about 5 kilometers away, 7 minute drive to the hotel.
Q11: Do you require reservations for marine activities?

For peak seasons, we recommend you to make reservations. Reservations can be made one month in advance at the Beach Play Counter.

Q12: Do you accept JAL Coupons or IC Coupons?
Unfortunately, we do not accept JAL coupons.
Q13: Can I accumulate airline mileage points?
Unfortunately, we do not offer points for airline mileage programs. However, travel agents have different packages, so please inquire your travel agents for availability.
Q14: Can we request room types?
We will try to comply with your requests, but we will apologize in advance that we might not be able to meet your preferences. Please send us your requests with the following information to info.sunmarina.hotel@ishinhotels.com

We have some non-smoking rooms. However, as the number of non-smoking rooms is limited, please make reservations in advance.
