How do I get to the Hotel from Nagoya Station?
  Take the Nagoya Subway Higashiyama Line in the direction of Fujigaoka. You will find it convenient to ride in the front carriage.
Alight at Sakae (the 2nd stop). The Hotel is approximately 3 minutes' walk from Exit 13.
How do I get to the Hotel from Sakae Subway Station?
  Leave the station by Exit 13 and walk straight ahead for approximately 150 meters until you find the Hotel on your left-hand side.
How do I get to the Hotel from Centrair (Central Japan International Airport)?
  Take the Meitetsu Railway Kuko Line to Kanayama. From Kanayama, take the Nagoya Subway Meijo Line in the clockwise direction, and alight at Yaba-cho (the 3rd stop). The Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the station.
Total journey time: approximately 60 minutes
Does the Hotel provide parking facilities?
  The Hotel has its own multi-storey garage with room for 30 vehicles.
The parking charge is ¥1,000/night (24 hour period; 24 hours from time of entry).
Please note that as this is a multi-storey garage, vehicle size restrictions apply. The maximum dimensions are: height 1.6m, width 1.8m, length 5.0m. If your vehicle exceeds these dimensions, you will be directed to a neighboring parking facility. However, please note that as the Hotel does not have contracts with these facilities, normal parking fees will apply.
Is there a bank near the Hotel?
  You will find an ATM in the Lawson convenience store on the 1st floor of the Hotel, serving all city banks, regional banks and shinyo kinko credit associations.
There is also an ATM operated by Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ on the far side of the park, opposite the Hotel.
Is there a convenience store near the Hotel?
  A branch of Lawson is situated on the 1st floor of the Hotel. (The store also sells alcoholic beverages and cigarettes and has an ATM.)
Does the Hotel provide Internet access?
  The Internet can be accessed from all guest rooms, or from the Hotel's Front Lobby, via a high-speed LAN. (Internet access is provided free of charge and LAN cables are pre-installed in all guest rooms.)
Please note that connecting to the Hotel's LAN will not guarantee your connection to the Internet. Depending on the settings, etc. of your PC, it may not be possible for you to access the Internet via the Hotel's LAN.
Please also note that the Hotel cannot provide support with regard to your PC's OS or settings.
Does the hotel provide a laundry service?
  Please ask at the Front Desk if you wish to use the laundry service. Laundry handed in by 10:00 will be ready by 19:00 the same day. (Please note the laundry service does not operate on Sundays and public holidays.)

  The Hotel can arrange home delivery by Kuroneko Yamato or Pelican.

  The Hotel does not have any Japanese-style or triple rooms.

  The Hotel accepts Visa, JCB, American Express, Diner's Club, and MasterCard cards.
Visa, JCB and MasterCard tie-up cards can also be used at the Hotel.
