Does the Hotel provide car parking facilities?
  Yes. The hotel has a multi-storey garage and an open-air car park, with parking space for a total of 110 vehicles. Restaurant patrons may use the parking facilities free of charge for up to 3 hours.
The parking fee for hotel guests is \ 1,000/night (24 hours).
Is there bank near the hotel?
  Yes, there are banks about 3 minutes from the hotel by foot. If you turn right from the hotel’s main entrance and cross the main street, you will find an Ashikaga Bank in front of you and another just to your left.
Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
  Yes,there is a convenience store "SUNKUS" on the first floor at the hotel.
Does the hotel have any irons and ironing boards?
  Yes. Please ask at the Front Desk if you wish to borrow an iron and ironing board.
Are pajamas available in the guestrooms?
  The hotel provides yukata robes in each room.
What facilities are there in the hotel?
  In addition to restaurants, the hotel has a reflexology treatment room on the 8th floor.
Does the Hotel accept credit cards?
 

Yes, credit cards can be used throughout the Hotel, except in the automatic vending machines, when purchasing postage stamps or other goods that must be paid for in cash, and in some in-house stores and restaurants .

Does the hotel have laundry service?
  Yes, high-speed internet access is provided in all rooms. LAN cables are also available upon request, but we would appreciate if you could bring your own cable, as there is a limited supply.
